Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed over for shipment within up to 5 business days.

However, we reserve the right to extend processing time up to 14 business days in certain cases (e.g. high demand, logistics constraints).

Before shipment, customers may cancel or modify their order at any time by contacting our support team.

Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped directly from our logistics partners located in Pakistan and China, depending on the destination country and product availability.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Tracking is available for every shipment.

Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may:

  • reship the order after payment of additional shipping costs, or
  • issue a refund for the product value only (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and items.
