Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused, unwashed, and in original condition,
- include original tags and packaging where applicable,
- be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The return address will be provided on the return shipping label after contacting support.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- worn, washed, or damaged items,
- items returned outside the allowed timeframe,
- hygiene-sensitive items after opening (if applicable).

Defective or Incorrect Items
